Round 3
Bama came down for b-day round 3 and we had a great time! Here's Maddie on her Dora big wheel ... our big wheels didn't make all these cool sounds!
Madison insisted on putting on her new outfit from Aunt Penny - despite the cool weather - but she looks so hip now!
Time for the Princess Party! Madison and Aubrey were the two most beautiful princesses ever! They're excitement was contagious and oh so cute! All of our guests dressed as their favorite character - we had pirates, eyeore, cinderella, snow white, belle - just about everyone! The church hall was decorated like a castle and we had dancing at our ball, a craft of decorating princess and prince crowns, a scavenger hunt for goodies for the goody bags, games such as pin the crown on the princess, a royal lunch with cake and lots of presents! Each birthday princess also had her own princess cake that looked like her. It was a magical day for everyone and the joy on their faces was worth every ounce of work put into it!

Madison Turns Three!
Round 2
Ms. Denita made Madison a special birthday necklace and crown which she loved to show off! She chose chicken nuggets, mac and cheese and chocolate milk for her birthday dinner (KFC). She had another cake with candles to blow out and more presents!! She was so sweet and thankful - she truly was princess for a day - well going on a week now!
Turning three has also brought other surprises .... after quiet time she came downstairs and said "Look, I'm a cat"! I could hardly keep a straight face - while I scolded her I also admired how well she did without even using a mirror!
Maddie insisted that Daddy try on her crown and necklace - she really had to twist his arm!
She was so excited - it was so cute!
Aidan loved the cake and especially the ice cream!
Madison gave Papa and Grannie a preview of her dress for her princess party later this month
Can we say spoiled? It wouldn't be as much fun any other way!! :)

We began with a trip to Chuck E. Cheese with Papa and Grannie - followed by cake and ice cream and presents after dinner that night. We all had a wonderful time! Madison's 3rd birthday present to us was that she all of a sudden decided she would completely dress and un-dress herself from now on - yeah! It takes some time but she does a great job!
