Our Trip to Pittsburgh

This past weekend we headed to Pittsburgh to see Mike, Chrissy and Jacob's new home. We hung out Friday afternoon and evening and then headed to the zoo and aquarium on Saturday morning. We walked for an hour and a half and still didn't see the whole thing ... but we saw enough and it was great! The habitats for the animals are awesome! After that we went for "lupper" at Smokey Bones and then headed back to Erie. We had a wonderful time - it was so nice to catch up with old friends and the kids had an awesome time playing together. Thank you so much Mike and Chrissy - you guys are awesome hosts! :)

Miss Madison insisted on leading the way and opened up the map every couple of minutes to make sure we were staying on track! The funny thing is she was actually reading it correctly?!

Friday evening Jacob took Madison by the hand and led her upstairs to his mommy and daddy's bed and insisted Madison lay down with him ... hmmm ...?! She looks a little scared here - but actually loved every minute of it :).
