Our Trip to MI to Visit Daddy

The kids and I made the four and a half hour trip (each way) to visit Daddy while on rotation in MI. They were total angels in the car (both ways) - I was so shocked - it was a miracle! I don't remember having that much peace in a long time :). While in MI we did alot of fun things - some of which are shown below (the town carnival, the Detroit zoo, a hometown favorite ice cream joint, possibly the best playground we have ever been to, and long tours of the beautiful homes). It was so nice to see Daddy! The hotel pool was a little cool and then a little hot - but lots of fun nonetheless!
